Behavioral Health Services

Hackley Community Care Center’s Behavioral Health staff provides mental health services to measurably improve their patient’s health throughout the Lakeshore region. The Behavioral Health’s department goal is to help each patient enhance their physical health by addressing their mental health barriers and challenges. Behavioral Health emphasizes the patient’s central role in managing their illness. 

 

A team of four licensed Mental Health Professionals; a Limited Licensed Psychologist who is also a Certified Addictions Counselor, a Master of Social Worker, and two Bachelor of Science Social Worker’s work to provide effective behavior interventions and ongoing support through diagnosis, referral and the therapeutic processes. 

 

Behavioral Health Department staff provides comprehensive services through:

·        ADHD Evaluation

·        Substance Abuse Screenings and counseling.

·        Mental Health Assessments and referral services

·        Depression Screening

·        Community Referral Services

·        Ongoing Therapy

·        School Based Health Programs

·        Grandparents Raising Grandchildren Program

·        OB Department Risk Screenings and Postpartum Depression screenings

·        Maternal and Infant Support Services
