Maternal Infant Health Program

Expecting a newborn can be the most exciting time of your life. It can also be confusing and frightening. With so many changes, the questions and concerns can become overwhelming.

This is why HCCC provides the Maternal Infant Health Program. Our team-based approach helps pregnant women address the big challenges, the little details, and everything in between. The Maternal Infant Health Program offers special services for moms and babies from pregnancy through infancy. From prenatal care to breastfeeding to daily living skills, our focus is on helping you become the best parent possible. Every expectant mother in our program receives home visits from a nurse, a dietician and a social worker.

Our service doesn't have to stop once your baby arrives. We are also available if you need support adjusting to your new family. This is an important time in your life. Our goal is to help you make it a fulfilling time as well.
